Krita 2.8 shortcuts sheet Dark by ghevan Krita 2.8 shortcuts sheet Dark by ghevan
An update on the 2.7 cheatsheet. I decided grow the buttons by transforming the keyboard into a pseudo-laptop one. I really like how big and easy to read that makes the keys and combinations. Still Im in need of advice for the mouse shortcuts. Are the way presented clear or is it confusing?

More info on Krita 2.8 shortcut changes and source files (To translate, modify to custom Shortcuts etc)

Krita has great shortcuts it just could be in a tool tip. If you hover with a mouse over something, it could tell you not only how is it called and the shortcut as well. That would be great. And I don't really understand why is 'j' elyptical selection. I don't use it at all Hihii but polygonal selection, that's a different story. I'm gonna purchase the tutor dvd as soon as I learn a bit about it.

Once I find a good way to customize my keyboard to say all that. I'll do that, because I'm definitely not going to remember all this, or maybe I will.

Start learning your most used actions. Probably it would be best to adapt the shortcuts to your work flow also, which could render this reference useless.

I have most keys from the t, g, b row to the left set to custom shortcuts for the tools/actions I use the most.

:]

I remove from the right it to make more room for the keys in the main area. Previous 2.7 version was nice to have them all but when printed or used as reference it was hard to read what the shortcut meant. The numeric keyboard is still present at the bottom center.

after rotating, is there a way to set the canvas back to its default angle?

2 zooms to fit. (So you could hit 5 to reset the rotation and then 2 to zoom to fit.) Check out the Krita 2.8 Shortcuts image above. It makes a good background screen, too.

Press the number 5 key to reset rotation. Top row or in the numpad.

Love it! Extremely useful. My only suggestion would be to present ctrl+alt in the same way as ctrl+shift (ie boxes for both).

Thanks! I did as you recommended to test and I liked it. Also fixed some miss alignments and added the sources to allow easy modification, specially translation oriented changes as all strings are now in one layer.
